Keyboard shortcuts in tooltips are hard-coded

For tools and buttons, the keyboard shortcuts inside the tooltips are hard-coded into the .js files rather than generated dynamically to match the hotkeys window. In newer versions of Wick Editor, tooltips should be filled in dynamically.
