New brush tool doesn't work with Wacom tablet

When I try to draw with the new brush in either branch "master" or "new-brush-and-events", no brush stroke appears. When the Wacom pen is down, not even the mouse is visible. A path object is created, but it's infinitely small and appears in the top-left corner of the stage.

Specs:

• Windows 10 1803
• Chrome 66
• Wacom Bamboo CTL-460 (2011)
• Windows Ink is enabled in Wacom Preferences. (Otherwise, Wick doesn't detect the tablet)
