This issue documents the outstanding feature requests for the pymomo.pcb hw build system.

  • Support autofinding EAGLE on windows rather than needing it to be in the $PATH
  • When you update the metadata for a part, update both the schematic and board, not just the board file
  • Add support for Mouser API for bom matching rather than just Octopart
  • Add generation of 3D board models automatically
  • Add ECAD agnostic assembly drawing generation based on the pulled part location and type information.
  • Document how to add support for another ECAD program (Kicad for example)
