same issue here, for some reason the keyboard mapper (maybe something related to keyd?) doesnt work properly and only binds the function keys.

oh, and i'd also suggest renaming the issue to make it more specific and point out what's happening, rather than just saying the distro name & version

Same issue here, solution is to install keyd from COPR repo listed on the keyd github
You can use these commands:

Enable the COPR repository:
sudo dnf copr enable alternateved/keyd

Install latest build of package:
sudo dnf install keyd
