Multi-sample segmentation not saved

Currently, the multi-sample segmentation isn't specifically saved. Itt is applied to each sample and then the BAFsegmented data are saved, but not the breakpoints themselves. After the BAFsegmented data are loaded into fitcopynumber the segmentation is then no longer synchronised across samples. This requires a rethink of how fitcopynumber and callSubclones function
