Quality of Life - Add a Back button when running the help command #17

Add a back button to go back to the main page of the help menu after selecting a category so the command doesn't have to be run again

I'm planning on eventually reworking the help command to not have a timeout at all. This should be fairly easy to implement once I get around to that
