Add Joystick support for use with Anbernic devices

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment only joystick (hat) movement is supported. No selection of an option can be done with the B, A, Y, X buttons

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to allow key assignment (only the d-pad, hat is working).

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried key-binding, but this is not working as expected.

Additional context

• Tried on RG556, RG405M, RG353M/V, ARC-D, etc so this is about how input is registered. None of the buttons like function, select, start, L1-L2, R1-R2, and right stick. Left stick does work, ... but registers the same values as the d-pad IIRC.
