Teams must choose one of the 3 main tracks. Each main track has $6,000 in prize, including $3,000 for the 1st, $2,000 for the 2nd, and $1,000 for the 3rd.

No. In the interest of fairness, attendees should not be working on their projects before the hackathon begins and we do not allow participants to work on pre-existing projects. But you can familarize with the tools of the project.
We provide 3 main tracks and several sponsor tracks in ETH Beijing. Each project must select 1 main track and can optionally select any sponsor tracks that fit.
Because of Beijing's policy, we limit the number of people participating in the event. Only developers selected for the hackathon can participate in this event, and no tickets are provided for non-developers. However, our workshop will be broadcast live online, and remote participation is welcome.
