Pafish still can force vm exit

Even after patching the kernel, and windows showing the correct clock speed of 0.20 GHz, pafish still is able to detect and force vm exit using rdtsc:

it seems to be detected for me as well with 0.17 GHz, tested with al-khaser on amd cpu, 5.15.2-gentoo kernel with the svm.c of this repo (adding ',false' as 4th parameter to enter_svm_guest_mode was required as update/fix) and a upstream svm.c with the changes described in the guide.
