[Feature Request] Make Appearance a rich text field

Heyo,

I would like to propose making the NPC appearance field into a rich text similar to background. This matches better with the PC sheet appearance field and would allow for images to be added here. This might be considered a quick win for #87.

In any case, thanks for this great module!

Nevermind. I just noticed that while appearance does not have the full editor it does render HTML just fine.
