Specifically, as I know, joern-parse can convert .c files into cpg.bin, and joern-export can convert cpg.bin into .dot graph files. Is this the procedure you parse the devign ataset?
You can use joern-parse and joern-export for cpg14 in your project directory. You will still need a convertor from the .dot to pytorch.Data classes for input into any GNN.
