I assume this is just getting the output of the second-to-last layer, but for replication purposes, it would be great if this code could be included in the Devign repository, especially since the README says to use this flag.

It's been a long time, I wonder anyone could reproduce their wonderful work. Where is the --save_after_ggnn flag? Please help me out, thank you so much.
