To install, download and run DynamicTemplate.v1.0.4_installer.exe as administrator.

OR install manually (below)

Download and copy DynamicTemplate.dll to
"<system_drive>:\Users\Local Settings\Application Data\OpenLiveWriter\app-<wlw_current_version>\plugins"
(but you will need to update after each new release)

OR add string entry with path to DynamicTemplate.dll to registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\OpenLiveWriter\PluginAssemblies
