Provide support for the latest API level

Hello,
We are currently using your library in one of our application. Actually we need a favour from your side. According to the Google Play Policy, all apps have to provide support for at least API level 26 which is not satisfied in your case. We are targeting API level 28. So can you please provide us support for API level 28 in your current repository?

I need support for api 28 too and fork this project to maintenance it but I can't handle it then I create new repo yesterday and copy some of this repo code and add support for api 28 with all functionality of this repo. I read 3 library that use by this repo and found some new idea and maybe add them too.
