Viber bot URL is empty: This account does not exist or has been removed

Sorry, it's not directly related to this repo, but I cannot find support on this one.

I created a bot, but when I try to share a link to it, I land on a page that says "This account does not exist or has been removed", but the bot is live.

Please let me know who can help me with this.
