If you ever try to do that one then go and talk to some people at a hospital.
I once did a work for the dole thing at a hospital for old people (YEARS ago) and made a database for this sort of thing. The hospital I did it for dealt with old people and had a department for this (that for the life of me cant remember the name of, I worked for about 5 different departments). They had a database already of LOTS of common products in the supermarkets and what their nutritional value was. Also, if you offer them a free copy I beat theyll bend over backwards to help you....shoulda seen how happy she was with her DB :P
