Announcing the v2.36.17 Release

It's been a while since the last release, so I am ecstatic to announce the release of saml2aws v2.36.17!!! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every single one of you, from those who made PRs, to those who had raises issues, every effort counts. Here's a list of the great work from the community that made it into this release:

• Add okta email MFA support
• Update the GoogleApps IDP provider to work with changes to Google login page
• Update expected error message to align with playwright-go update
• Bump GitHub Actions macOS runner from 11 to 12
• Fix provider flag not accepting valid providers
• Fix credential-process flag also implicitly "quiet" log causing undesired side-effect of MFA users not able to view code necessary to complete logging in
