Recolor Uncolored Names With Profile Colors

Plugin Description

recolor names in DMS and in servers provided user has no role, based on profile colors. if user has no 3y3 color, use nitro. if user has no nitro color either, send them to hell (or just use the average/ most prominent color in their profile picture)
