Linux Auto-Scroll with middle-click

Plugin Description

A feature that most web browsers provide. The ability to click or click and hold the middle mouse button, move the cursor and let the application automatically scroll the page. Pretty straight forward. This feature already has a plugin for BetterDiscord but has been missing one for Vencord.
