Guest Interaction Proxy Support #3

The ability to deploy and destroy guest interaction proxies would be beneficial.

The proxy would have 2NICs - One for the VM network and one on the Backup network and set the IPs on both NICs accordingly.
Update the job to use the deployed GIP
This could be applied for both backups and restores.
destroy the GIP after the job is complete.
