Unable to connect to Backup server

I have installed martini on ubuntu 2.0.4 and have been able to create an instance and tenant successfully within martini. However, when trying to connect it doesn't do this successfully. I have confirmed that both ubuntu firewall is disabled and the server running Veeam Office 365 backup as well. I have also confirm that REST API is enabled, and using the correct port and user details.

Do you get any error at all? The credentials you've added to Project Martini, can u use those to log in using the VBO365 console?

Hi Niels, I can login to the server with the credentials and also I am using port 443. I have also made sure the Ubuntu firewall is disabled, as well as the windows one. When I click on the Connect button in the Instances view. It simply Says “Connecting” and nothing happens. Thanks James
