Contexto
O Snap CI será desabilitado futuramente:

While the complete plan for end of life is still in the works we can share that it is our intention to provide Snap CI service for the next 6 months. Initially we will provide a similar service as we do now - critical bugs will be fixed and support will be provided as before. Support will continue throughout the 6 month period but, at some point, we do expect to stop the support for new repositories and to limit configuration changes to Snap builds to encourage migration to other tools. Snap CI users will always be informed in advance before any service or feature changes are made.

Escopo
