does vscodium use compiler optimization flags?
if not, should those be used?

backstory

i was just browsing the vscodium topic on github, and stumbled upon this.

VSCodium Fork with Compiler Optimizations, better Logo, and Windows 7/8/8.1 Support!

- Includes -O3 -msse3 compiler optimizations.
