Instead of automatically serving cards, it would be cool if the dealer has to physically hand out the cards.
Changes:

UI:
- new activity for handing out cards
- gestures
Server:
- add notion of 'dealer'
- allow clients to invoke dealing

=> quite some work for something simple. Low priority
