Interesting. I'm not able to reproduce this. Let me know if anyone finds a list of steps to reproduce.

For what it's worth, EQ Filter and Dual Dynamics Gate also exhibit this behavior on my end:

Oddly, your Meta Modulator seems to be using a disproportionate amount of CPU as well, but I didn't write that one. Here's usage on my system for reference (Rack v1.1.6, Ubuntu 20.04.1, AMD 2400G):
