Under Windows, there are problems.
When I select a language and confirm I get an error

Message:

mkdir () [function.mkdir]: No such file or directory

Location:

Invoke the rights determined under Windows problems.

I setup a windows vm this morning to duplicate and had no issues. I also had @shawnmcool install the bundle on his windows machine and he reported no issues as well.

What windows version are you on? Also are in a managed work environment that may restrict various access types?

Even with administrator rights, it does not work under Windows 7.
Web hosting with Linux works fine.

Can you try to totally delete the bundle then reinstall it? I just confirmed with my tests that I was on windows 7 through a vm. I wouldn't think that should be different.

Try to install my patches or get my fork, I fixed those issues
