Hand typed parsers never saved.

On dashboard can't save a hand typed regular expression for a parser

Expected Behavior

Should be able to save the regular expression

Current Behavior

It saves the past regular expression or reloads the form with no error

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto https://www.usehover.com/parsers/{id}/edit
2. Or goto https://www.usehover.com/o/{id}/actions/{id}/parsers/new
3. Enter other details
4. Click 'EDIT" above REGEX input
5. Any text entered to the 'REGEX' text input
6. Click 'Save Parser'
