Stuck on Install modding framework to fodler from zip #1049

I want to know Where I can find the zip folder, I can't seem to find it anywhere I installed the framework but am stuck on this please help

What issue are you experiencing? Which version of the UCP are you trying to use? Are you using the new GUI? What zip folder are you expecting to see?
