Describe the new functionality you would like to see

Create a web-based GUI for the calculator application, based on JavaScript technology, and relying on the REST API provided through the feature request in issue [FEATURE] REST API #9.
The GUI should come with a built-in help function with instructions on how to use the different functionalities of the calculator.

Additional context

Many different frameworks, libraries and tools exist for developing web-based GUIs based on JavaScript technology.
The functionality of this feature is similar to the one in [FEATURE] Java-based GUI for calculator #6, except that the way of creating the GUI is different.
