Things to remember to fix in incident list view for classic argus

• Decide what to do with the refresh control in classic frontend #148
• List empty due to no incidents matching the filter should have different text than empty due to empty database #105

• Allow user to override datetime format, to obey the Church of ISO #100
• Fix the severity level column, show name as well as number in badge #116 (Prettyprint level #118, Each severity level should have a color that fits with the chosen theme #126)

• Combine status and ack-columns, for classic look #104, maybe (Show open and acked together as in classic #110)
• Use icons for open/closed, acked/unacked (or show nothing for unacked) in their respective columns, like it is in classic #99 (Style status and ack columns #122)
• If there are to be no actions, remove actions column #113 (Hide actions column #117)
• In the "source" column: a) only show source, not source + (source type), or b) use an icon for source type. (A is a quickfix) (Fix the source column #58)

• When clicking on username (top right) in order to change theme, the entire header expands. Clicking on username should result in a dropdown.
