📍 구현 기능

경험기록 게시판에 게시물 작성할 때 사진 올릴 수 있는 기능 구현

🛠 작업 내용

하단에 카메라 버튼 만들고 누르면 갤러리로 이동하도록 구현
갤러리에서 선택한 사진이 게시물 화면에 뜨도록 구현
