Eleclab 7.4" 1280x400 resolution octodash doesn't show fully.

What doesn't work?
Cannot see all of the Octodash screen to use full functions of Octodash

What did you already try?
Changing the theme to a different one that you have posted and none of them allow me to hit the save button for changing settings.

General Information:

• Hardware- Raspberry Pi 4b with a 7.4" 1280x400 screen attached
• OS Info- OctoPrint 1.9.3
• OctoDash Version newest version i do believe. can't verify because i am actively printing. just reinstalled almost a week ago
• OctoPrint Version 1.9.3

Additional context
One of the themes I was able to see a little more of the stuff on the screen but not enough to use full functions. I am new to using a raspberry pi and have only been working with it for about 6-8 weeks. Before i got it i had no knowledge of python programing and am not sure how to make a custom theme to see it all. I am willing to learn but not sure where to begin.
