MP4Decrpyt in bin folder, exe can't find it.

Pretty much the title. I downloaded mp4decrpyt, placed the files in the bin folder, launch the scraper, and it keeps saying it can't find it. Changed the path, nothing. Auto installing from the terminal window also does nothing, so I'm trapped in a

? mp4decrypt not found would you like to auto install?

loop. Both the .exe file and file are in the bin folder.
