The current deployment is done manually by @iross
We may consider setting continuous integration pipeline with GitHub workflow?

Agreed, but a bit lower priority to me right now. This is all living in our prototype space, and I'd like to move it into our dev/prod kubernetes cluster, which has easier access to CI workflows.
