Integrate Macrostrat xDD links

We need to integrate the work being done in the Macrostrat-xDD repository

• Create a database user with permissions to write a specific schema
• Rename the macrostrat_kg_new schema for clarity (to either macrostrat_kg or macrostrat_xdd; I think the latter is clearer).
• Add schema definitions as migrations in this library (or drag them in as a pip-installable library
• Decide on the best structure for views/queries of the graph output to represent it in user interfaces
  • These are mostly complete, but there are a few changes in database structure that should be represented
  • We should probably think about efficiency
• Decide exactly what responses will be recorded from feedback tools
