Standalone Macrostrat

One of our deliverables to DARPA/USGS is a version of Macrostrat that can be stood up on another system with basic functionality (compiling and visualizing maps) in place.

• Stabilize the ability to run macrostrat up in a docker-compose environment with all functionality in place
• Create a script to set up an empty Macrostrat database
• Think about whether we should seed vocabularies and dictionaries from the "main" Macrostrat instance
• Ensure the map ingestion pipeline can run effectively in this environment
• Create stable documentation of all the above
