A little background information about the example we list in RBM documentation website would be helpful.

This is the comment I get from Darri:
Some slight information about the example case (e.g. map of Salmon river). Doesn‘t have to be much, just to give some physical info on the example

The Salmon River example (Figure 1) in the tutorial is taken from the research reported in Yearsley(2012). Yearsley(2012) simulates water temperatures in the Salmon River basin for a network gridded at 1/16th degrees let/long. In the example problem, the Salmon River basin is gridded at 1/2 deg lat long for purposes of simplicity.
