Strontium-87 and Manganese-55 are stable isotopes but are using units of kBq. These should be updated to use mass.

Changing the units from kBq to kg will trigger a revised UUID and so will be treated as a new flow

On the Commons, Strontium-87 is used in the electricity baseline from the coal inventory, and is present in the planned updated coal inventory in kBq.

Manganese-55 is used in a single process in the USLCI for "Polyol ether, for rigid foam polyurethane production, at plant"

@bnjmnmorelli I'm hesitant to change Strontium-87 at this moment due to the pending release of the next electricity baseline. But we could probably still go through with the Manganese-55 change.
