Conda install for Windows

The latest version of WNTR (v0.4.1) is not building properly for Windows on conda-forge (https://github.com/conda-forge/wntr-feedstock). The package successfully installs, but the processes exits with an error. We're looking for a solution. This impacts the ability to install WNTR for Windows through conda. Users can still install WNTR for Windows through PyPI.

The latest version of WNTR (v0.5.0) is not posted on conda (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/wntr). We are working on issues with the feedstock (https://github.com/conda-forge/wntr-feedstock).

The latest version of WNTR (v0.5.0) for Linux and OSX are now available through conda-forge (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/wntr). The Windows version is still failing, we hope to have that resolved for the next release.
