Describe the bug

Harmonization and Calculate tab will cause fatal error if you click Harmonize Data with Synonym Table twice.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open R Shiny app at https://rconnect-public.epa.gov/TADAShiny/
Remove Dates, add FORTPECK to organization & run query
Run flags, move to Harmonization and Calculate tab, and click Harmonize Data with Synonym Table twice
