This tab cannot be created until USEPA/EPATADA#47 is complete.

Mock ups for the outlier tab are available here but need updating:

The outlier tab should include and assist users with interpretation and decisions regarding:

  • WQX upper and lower flags
  • Within site outliers
  • Within dataset outliers
  • Measure qualifier codes for outliers
