We already have a boost build strategy. Happy to explain it to you. Also this isn’t critical path for our release

Hey @cbuahin, the following package was added to the USEPA package store on July 24, 2024

vcpkg-export-20240724-151754

Contents:
boost-test v1.85.0 and dependencies

The code for generating the package is located here USEPA/swmm-vcpkg-boost (currently private, you have been granted full access).
