Date Picker: Premature Closing on Button Hold

If you hold down the Arrow Key to quickly scroll thru days, after a certain amount of time, the Calendar will close. More testing needs to be done to identify if this happens with other buttons or conditions.

• Test for other keys that exhibit behavior
• Test mouse click and hold

Currently, the Up and Down Arrow Keys, along with the Page Up and Page Down keys trigger the premature closure of the calendar. It seems to happen on an Key up event.
