GFs won't run if the shallowest subfault centroid depth is at the surface (depth=0)

Did you update plotting direction in fence slip? (North-South reversed)

That's true, GFs will stop running when depth is 0.

I will fix it or add code to validate the input and throw an error (one
day!)
