GPD installation requires modifications as PCL library has recent changes that affects GPD installation:

Docker add to sudo group link: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/linux-postinstall/
- sudo groupadd docker , sudo usermod -aG docker $USER , newgrp docker
Docker load instead of building dockerfile (for now)
Need to get a common storage for conq projects
