Notifications toggle inconsistencies

Description: When you enable or disable different notification categories in the notifications settings screen and then quickly return to the notifications screen, the app will occasionally wrongly display or not display certain categories of notifications. This discrepancy does not resolve when reloading the notifications page nor do the contradicting toggles on the notification settings page.
