  • Don't download BAM file from bamqc at all
  • Don't run fusion

Since this is blocking process at the moment, I'm going to do a hardcoded branch.
When the time pressure is off I would like to go back and redo it "correctly" as follows:

  • break all the steps in fab process into individual methods
  • add toggles for the ones people have asked for toggles for (just fusion, no fusion, no download bam.)

Knocks out fusion call + download of QC bam to primary/derived.
For CCLE mass compute.
Don't merge to master.
