Create unit testing tool feature list

Description

To evaluate each unit testing tool we need to understand what a "good" unit testing tool looks like. Therefore, we need to create a list of features which should be present in this "good" tool.

There are several well established tools we can use to build this feature list

• pytest
• JUnit
• QtTest

This will likely develop overtime as we write the example solver (see #2). We should create a feature table which can grow overtime.

It may be important to check compilers from different suppliers. We should cover this in the tests (see #6).
