Currently the search form is hard-coded to submit search queries to search.ucf.edu (https://github.com/UCF/UCF-Header/blob/master/compiler/assets/university-header-markup.js#L21). Having a variable that can be modified in the config.conf file would make it easier to test form submissions against our Search UCF Dev and QA environments.
