I have been trying to install the panel for a couple of days with no luck. Figured I would ask. I follow the wiki, everything is fine. When I reach the localhost/PHP/login page and attempt to login (with any usr/psw combination) I get the following error

I am obviously doing this on WIn10 using XAMPP

EDIT:

I have also tried this using Docker instead of XAMPP and get the same error (looks like on Docker when i CLI into SQL the uboat database is empty. Ran into an issue trying to upload locally into the container so I gave up because it wasn't my desired route anyway).

You have to provide the correct credentials and hostname for the database server in your config.php

I have been messing with the config file constantly and just get more errors.

Ive tried the base_url as http://localhost/ and http://localhost/PHP/
I have made users in sql (phpmyadmin users and user in uboat db) and tried setting the usr/psw in the config file
I have played with the hostname to reflect the uboat db (localhost/phpmyadmin/ on XAMPP) but that just makes another set of errors.

I have tried every combination and I still get this error. I appreciate your timely response btw. Is there any information I can provide to get this resolved?
